Using ometv.me means you accept these terms and the policies they point to.
These terms govern your access to and use of ometv.me: the website, its mobile web version, public pages, content feeds, messaging, matching tools, calls, payment flows and related services.
By using ometv.me you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, notices or feature-specific terms that apply to particular services. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform. Continuing to use it after the terms are updated means you accept the new version.

ometv.me is its own service.
ometv.me is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to OmeTV or its owners. Any account, purchase or support request you make here is with ometv.me only — we cannot access, change or support accounts on any other service.
Age & accounts
18+ only, and you are responsible for your account.
ometv.me is not intended for anyone under 18, or under the minimum age where you live. You may only use it if the laws that apply to you allow you to.
The information you give us when you register, log in, verify, buy something or set up a profile must be accurate, current and complete. You must keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Do not create accounts with false, misleading or stolen information.
- Do not transfer, sell, rent or share your account without authorization.
- Do not get around security checks, rate limits or access controls.
If you suspect unauthorized access, lost credentials or any other security problem with your account, tell us promptly.
What the service includes
Features can change, and none of them is guaranteed to stay.
ometv.me is a social and interaction platform. Depending on what is currently available, it can include:
- Publishing — Creating, uploading and sharing public-facing videos and photos, where the feature is available.
- Messages and notices — Direct messages, plus service notifications about your account and activity.
- Matching and calls — Random matching, video matching, voice calls and video calls, where supported.
- Clubs and community — Community spaces, group interaction and other social features.
- Coins, VIP and gifts — Premium benefits, virtual items and other paid digital services.
- Safety and account tools — Report, block, account settings and support, to manage your own experience.
We may add, change, restrict, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time for legal, operational, product, security or business reasons. We do not guarantee that any feature will stay available permanently or without interruption.
Your content
What you make public can be seen, shared and indexed — and it is your responsibility.
Depending on the feature and what you choose to do, your display name, avatar, public profile, videos, photos, comments and some posts may be visible to other users or to the public. Only share content you are authorized to publish and comfortable making public.
- Public content may be viewed, shared, cached or indexed.
- Deleting content from the platform does not guarantee it disappears at once from search results, caches or third-party references.
- You remain responsible for making sure your content does not break the law, third-party rights or platform rules.
Acceptable use
Be lawful and respectful — no harassment, deception, abuse or interference.
You may not use ometv.me to harass, exploit, deceive, harm or interfere with others, or to disrupt the platform. In particular:
- Do not upload or share unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or misleading content.
- Do not post sexualized content involving minors, exploitative content, violent threats, hate speech, or anything that breaks applicable safety standards.
- Do not impersonate anyone, misrepresent who you are, or mislead users about your relationship with any person or brand.
- Do not use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, reverse engineering or other abusive technical means to access or manipulate the service.
- Do not use the platform for scams, off-platform payment schemes, spam or other abusive commercial activity.
Further rules apply to publishing, comments, clubs, messaging and interaction — see the Community Guidelines. Breaking them may lead to content removal or account restrictions.
Messages, matching & calls
Use them respectfully; results and call quality are not guaranteed.
The platform may include direct messages, notices, club conversations, random matching, video matching, voice calls and video calls. You must use them lawfully and respectfully. You may not use them to stalk, threaten, extort, harass or scam anyone, to solicit unlawful activity, to spread malicious links, or to pressure others into unsafe or prohibited conduct.
- Matching results, response rates, social outcomes and call quality are not guaranteed.
- You decide how to interact with other users, including whether to keep talking and what you share.
- If you meet abuse, suspicious behavior or unsafe conduct, use the block, report and safety tools.
Coins, VIP & payments
Prices are shown before you pay; digital items have no cash value and are generally non-refundable.
ometv.me may offer coins, VIP memberships, virtual gifts, premium features, paid content and other digital goods or services. Prices, descriptions, eligibility, availability and usage rules are shown on the relevant purchase, payment or account pages.
- Payments may be processed by third-party providers. We do not necessarily store full card details, and the provider's own terms and privacy practices may apply to your payment credentials.
- Virtual items and digital benefits have no cash value unless the law requires otherwise.
- Completed purchases of digital goods, and services already used, are generally non-refundable unless the law requires it or product-specific rules say so.
- Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, payment abuse or suspected unauthorized use may lead to cancelled orders, feature limits, account review or suspension.
- Access to what you bought may depend on your account status, product availability, technical compatibility and operational rules.
Third parties
Other companies' services follow their own rules, not ours.
The platform may use or link to third-party services for login, payments, analytics, hosting, content delivery, support and navigation. Some links may open in an external browser or take you to pages we do not control. Those services run under their own terms and privacy notices, and your use of them is between you and them, except where the law says otherwise.
- We do not guarantee that third-party services are available or secure.
- We are not responsible for content, policies or actions on services we do not operate.
- Read the terms and privacy practices of any third party before you use it.
Intellectual property
The platform is ours; your content stays yours, with a license for us to run the service.
The platform — its software, interface design, branding, product architecture, service content and other protected elements — belongs to ometv.me or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and unfair-competition laws.
You keep your rights in content you lawfully create and upload, but you give us the permissions reasonably needed to host, display, process, moderate, distribute, store and operate that content within the platform and related services.
- Only upload content you have the right to use and publish.
- Do not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer or exploit protected platform assets without authorization.
- If your content infringes someone else's rights, you may be responsible for the resulting claims, losses or enforcement action. See the copyright page for how complaints are handled.
Enforcement
If rules are broken, we can remove content, limit features or close the account.
We may investigate suspected breaches of these terms, safety rules, payment rules, community standards or the law, and act where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, partners or the public. We may:
- remove, restrict or disable access to content;
- issue warnings, or limit posting, messaging, matching or purchases;
- suspend, review, freeze or terminate an account;
- cancel transactions, withhold benefits or reverse platform-side grants where the law and our rules allow;
- preserve relevant records and cooperate with legitimate legal or regulatory requests.
If your account is closed, some data may be removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, while certain records may be kept where needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or enforcement.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
How we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. For questions about data rights, retention, cookies, sharing, third-party processing or children's privacy, the Privacy Policy is the main reference. Nothing here limits rights you have under privacy or consumer-protection law.
Liability
The service is provided "as available", within the limits the law allows.
We work to keep ometv.me available, secure and useful, but to the maximum extent permitted by law it is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continuous availability of any feature, or any particular social, commercial or personal outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, user-generated content, interactions between users, unauthorized access resulting from your own failure to protect your credentials, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Updates & contact
We may update these terms; continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, product design, legal requirements or risk controls. For material updates we may change the "Last reviewed" date and give notice on the platform or through other appropriate channels. Using ometv.me after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
