Copyright & content complaints

If something on ometv.me copies work you own, or uses your image without your permission, this is how to tell us and what can happen next.

What this covers

Content stored on the platform that infringes your rights.

  • Copyright — a photo, video or other material on the platform that reproduces work you own.
  • Your image — an avatar, album item or other upload that shows you without your consent, or someone impersonating you.

Users may only upload content they have the right to use and publish, and they are responsible for claims that arise if their content infringes someone else’s rights.

Sending a notice

Email [email protected] with the subject line Copyright and include:

  1. Where the material is — an exact link, the account name, or both.
  2. What the material is, and which work of yours it copies or whose image it uses.
  3. Why you hold the rights, or confirmation that the image is of you.
  4. A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the rights holder or by law.
  5. Your name (or the organization you act for) and a way to reach you.

Notices from any country are accepted — you do not need to cite a particular law. Vague notices ("somewhere on your site") cannot be acted on, so the location matters most.

What can happen next

Infringing content can be removed and the account restricted.

We review the notice. Where content infringes someone’s rights or breaks our rules, we may remove it or restrict access to it, and the responsible account may be warned, limited, suspended or terminated depending on how serious and how repeated the problem is.

Disputing a removal

If your content was removed and you believe you had the right to post it, email the same address with what was removed and why you think it was allowed. Sending a notice or a dispute you know to be false is itself a misuse of this channel.

Names and brands

ometv.me is an independent service and is not affiliated with OmeTV or its owners. Where other services are named on this site, it is to describe or compare them. If you represent a rights holder and have a concern about how a name or mark is used here, write to the same address with the subject line Trademark.

Other complaints

Behavior on a call — harassment, nudity, someone underage — is fastest handled with report and block inside the app (see the Community Guidelines). Anything involving a minor goes through child safety. The license you grant by posting content is in the Terms of Service.
